With every new idea, I aim to do something I have never done before, be it the format of presentation, connecting seemingly separate concepts, or addressing something deeply intimate and personal.
​
As such, it's been a massive privilege to be commissioned by esteemed organisations such as Camden People's Theatre, Tara Theatre and Goethe Institut. I am associate artist with transnational company Bahri & Co, and our first collaboration together led to Charlie being nominated Best Theatre Production at Melbourne Fringe 2020, and winning Best Emerging Artist.

For a perfectionist, there's surprisingly no recipe or formula in my work.
I crave collaborations that are intersectional, interdisciplinary and ideally, international.
I also foolishly place myself in situations where the odds of failing spectacularly are incredibly high, but on the flip side, it makes any modicum of success all the more rewarding.

True to my commitment of always refreshing and reinventing, I have attended various arts & culture symposiums and forums as a sponsored delegate, including the Singapore International Festival of Art (2018), Culture Summit (2018, 2020), Edinburgh International Festival (2018), ASSITEJ Korea Winter Festival (2023) and Schillertage (2023).
