How long is the free consultation?
It lasts up to 20 minutes, and takes place on Zoom or Google Meet.
You won't need an existing account, but you will need to be able to use the app.
How many free consultations do I get?
Just one.
What if I'm still not sure after the consultation?
Feel free to keep your options open! It's all about finding the right fit for your needs.
I have never acted before in my life, can I still book a session?
Absolutely! Some people I work with include dancers who need to learn a script and civil servants who want to express themselves.
If I'm a parent booking the free consultation for my child, does my child need to be present for it?
Yes, please.
Can I use the 20-min consultation to work on something?
The consultation is for us to get to know each other. I won't provide any feedback or coaching whatsoever until you book a session.
I don't live in London. Can I still book your session?
Of course! They're online for that very reason.
I don't have GBP (£). How do I pay?
We can do PayPal and international bank transfer. I also have a Singapore bank account if that helps.
What languages do you coach in?
Only in English.
Do you teach accents?
I can give you a general sense of what certain accents should sound like, but if you want accent coaching you're better off finding a dedicated accent coach.
Do you teach singing?
No, but I can teach you how to use acting to improve your singing!
What is Individual Online Coaching?
It is a dedicated hourlong session where we work on any material you have, whether they are showreel scenes, audition monologues, songs,
Can I do these sessions in person?
Sure, if you already have an available space and will cover any travel expenses incurred.

How do I prepare for the session?
You need to ensure you have a working Internet connection, and a spot where you feel comfortable working in. I recommend somewhere indoors for noise levels and privacy.
What do I wear?
Whatever you feel comfortable in, as long as you don't accidentally expose yourself.
Do you need to see me from head to toe?
Only if that is required for the material you're working on, like a devised movement piece. Otherwise, as long as I can see the top of your head to your sternum, that's fine.
Can I get a recording of the session?
Sure! This comes with a top-up fee of £20.
Can I do these sessions together with my best friend?
Sure, but you will both be charged as individual clients regardless so I wouldn't recommend it.
I am a parent booking this session for my child. Can I sit in?
Only if you believe that will help them get the most out of the session rather than cause a distraction.
What is the Audition Express?
This is only for those who have already booked a free consultation.
For just £20, I offer detailed but quick and applicable feedback for audition material over WhatsApp by analysing the casting breakdown and reviewing any material you send me. This means I can help you on-the-go without stressing about arranging a time to meet!
How do I book the Audition Express?
You will already have my contact details and payment info, so all you need to do is make payment and send me the casting breakdown, role, script, and anything you have already worked on or recorded.
I don't really need you to look over everything, I just want to ask a few questions.
The Audition Express is still a tailored experience. Someone else who is going up for the same role as you may get different feedback, since everyone is unique. If it's just general advice you're looking for, you can probably find something helpful in one of my blog articles.
Can I call you during this period?
No, but voice notes are more than welcome!
How is individual coaching different from career consultation?
Individual coaching is all about building your acting skills, whether it is to build your audition repertoire, sharpen your skillset, develop your confidence, or any other reason.
Career consultation is where I offer strategies and advice to clarify your career goals, identify strengths and blindspots, and develop a plan of action that will help you define yourself within the Singapore or UK industry.
I don't know if I want to be an actor just yet.

Of course! All you have to do is pay the difference.
If I book the 6-session package, does it expire?
You will have to use all 6 sessions within 6 months.
What happens in those 6 sessions?
It is different for everyone, as I offer tailored coaching to leverage your strengths and work on any areas of improvement.
Can I use the 6 sessions to get both online acting coaching and career consultation?
Yes! All of it is tailored to suit your goals, which we can talk about in the free consultation.
Do you do in-person and group workshops?
Yes, upon request.
Will you come to my child's birthday party to deliver a drama-themed experience?
If you're looking for a party host, there are better options elsewhere.

What if I realise midway that I don't want to be an actor anymore?
Good on you, most people spend years figuring that out. I'm happy to use the sessions to clarify the direction of your journey,
